Our Story
Timbre Trio, an innovative women's vocal ensemble, was founded in 2024 by classically trained sopranos Robin Amie Pennington, Tammy Rogers, and Eileen West. In 2025, the group expanded with the inclusion of hammered dulcimer player Greg Hutton, adding instrumental accompaniment to our performances. Blending choral and folk music, our trio creates original compositions and new arrangements of traditional folk songs, offering enchanting harmonies, captivating sounds, and a distinctive melodic experience.
